I read an article today on LinkedIn accusing the Tech Industry of supposedly favoring younger employees over older, more skilled ones.  Click the picture to give a read yourself.  As someone that does quite a bit of hiring in the Tech industry, I can’t say I agree with this article at all.  I feel as though solid experience can beat out any other factor and above all, dependability and prompt delivery are more important in the interpersonal skill department.  What has been your experience?  Do you feel there is an undue age prejudice in the Tech industry?
