1. Infrastructure Support Analyst Needed in Borger, TX

    Role Title: Infrastructure Support Analyst

    Role Description:

    • Information Technology Shared Services provides technical services to the global Client network
    • Member of an IT infrastructure operations team that supports the Borger Site
    • Providing desk side and remote support for personal computing environments
    • Perform builds, delivery, installation and repair of computing equipment
    • Provide training and consultation to end users
    • Handling technically complex desktop support issues
    • Managing permissions as the site Microsoft OU Administrator
    • Maintaining and installing network and phone cabling
    • Familiar with CAT 3 phone wiring and CAT 6 network wiring
    • Maintaining and installing network equipment
    • Familiar with DHCP and DNS and how they are used in an Ethernet network by a PC, printer, and other network attached devices
    • Performing Installations and refreshes to Access Points
    • Performing telephone moves, installs, and changes
    • Be familiar with 66 block and 110 block
    • Providing hands-on support for the WAN/LAN environment
    • After-hours (call-out) support of critical infrastructure
    • Administrating and supporting the Microsoft Windows server environment
    • Implementing and supporting various hardware/systems required by the business unit
    • Frequent interaction with multiple IT support personnel in Bartlesville and Houston
