    Role Title: Business Consultant

    Role Description:

    • Minimum 4 years Welfare experience is critical with an emphasis on Automated Eligibility Enrollment
    • Welfare program knowledge is preferred in areas such as Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, Foster Care
    • Previous experience with the CalWIN application in development or in maintenance is a plus
    • Strong Business Analysts skills with the ability to work all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
    • Strong project management and planning skills
    • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
    • Facilitation and requirements determination experience
    • Ability to interact with customers to analyze, define, test and implement business processes and procedures
    • Ability to lead a team and to work within a team to determine project scope, planning needs and requirements for large and small projects

    Location: Folsom, CA

    Duration: 6+months (chance to extend based on client needs)
