    Role Title: .Net Developer

    Role Description:

    • .Net Development (5+ years)
    • Interfaces development, experience in working with State Interface partners is a plus
    • Welfare program knowledge is preferred in areas such as Medi-Cal, Cal Fresh, CalWORKs, Foster Care
    • Previous experience with the CalWIN application is a plus
    • Strong technical skills in all areas and phases of the System Development Life Cycle
    • Strong project management and planning skills
    • Good verbal and written communication
    • Ability to logically analyze complex processes and programs and problem solve
    • Ability to understand business processes and to be customer focused
    • Team player who can work effectively in a team environment as a member of an application development group
    • Performs analysis, coding and testing of new systems
    • Provides maintenance and support for existing systems
    • Strong technical coding skills with a proven track record of adherence to process
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in California Welfare Programs and Systems preferred

    Location: Folsom, CA

    Duration: 6+months (chance to extend based on client needs)
