Incident Manager SME in support of the Emergency, Vital, Critical and important applications

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues, and is regarded by others within client team as a subject matter expert

Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas/methods

Usually works on complex problems or projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of multiple factors

Regularly exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
Required Skills:

ITCR Incident Management, Problem Management and significant understanding of OnStar applications and infrastructure

Strong Communication skills
