Role Title: Service Delivery Manager

Experience as a Problem Manager, coordinating escalation activities and troubleshooting calls

Experience in Coordinating Incident Management, ensuring Resolutions, Root Causes, and Corrective Actions are properly captured

Experience in Coordinating Scheduled Maintenance Activities, ensuring proper planning (implementation, backout, etc.) is completed

Experience Supervising Application Batch Operations

Coordinates staff schedules, ensuring coverage for on and off-hours (on-call) support

Attends client calls and coordinates maintenance with them

First level escalation point, on and off-hours
Location: Roseville, CA
