    Role Title: Service Delivery Manager

    Role Description:

    • Experience as a Problem Manager, coordinating escalation activities and troubleshooting calls
    • Experience in Coordinating Incident Management, ensuring Resolutions, Root Causes, and Corrective Actions are properly captured
    • Experience in Coordinating Scheduled Maintenance Activities, ensuring proper planning (implementation, backout, etc.) is completed
    • Experience Supervising Application Batch Operations
    • Coordinates staff schedules, ensuring coverage for on and off-hours (on-call) support
    • Attends client calls and coordinates maintenance with them
    • First level escalation point, on and off-hours

    Location: Roseville, CA

    Duration: 6+months (chance to extend based on client needs)
