    Role Title: Systems Architect

    Role Description:

    • Enterprise architecture for Telephony in support of sustain and development
    • Understanding of GM SDP-21 methodology and UML in support of Architectural Documents (e.g., BoM, AD, SDD, PARR, etc.)
    • Telephony capacity planning using AT&T, BCMS, CMS, and erlangs/CCSs
    • Understanding of Telco circuits (ISDN/CAS) and how they’re configured and implemented
    • Understanding of AudioCodes Media Gateways and how they’re configured and implemented
    • Understanding of Acme Packet Session Board Controllers and how they’re configured and implemented
    • Understanding of Avaya CM, Session Manager, AES, and Cabinets/Gateways and how they’re configured and implemented
    • Understanding of SIP protocol
    • Understanding of VoIP protocol and monitoring tools
    • Understanding of Perl, cgi/php scripting, and web server administration for custom in-house reporting and monitoring web-site
    • Understanding of monitoring and ability to cross platform troubleshoot
    • Understanding of Genesys Routing, eServices, and GMS and how they’re configured and implemented
