1. Workday Security Lead needed in Pittsburgh

    Role Title: Workday Security Lead

    Role Description:

    • Support the design and implementation of activities for a specific business function or functional area including analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization
    • Specifically lead design of HCM security in Workday to support defined requirements
    • Plan and lead the design and implementation of all application security activities in alignment with overall business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition
    • Support application teams during the Proof of Concept phase, to ensure that valid security samples are depicted
    • Work with application teams during the Prototype phases to ensure that business requirements are met, but with an overall security design that will be easily implemented/supported

    Required Skills:

    • WorkDay Experience
    • HR, Benefits, or Payroll Business Process Knowledge
    • Experience in large ERP systems implementation
    • Data Security knowledge/experience (understands basics about sensitive and protected data)

    Location: Pittsburgh, PA

    Duration: 10+months (chance to extend based on client needs)
