Role Description:

Role Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and work to meet project schedules by providing accurate estimates of effort required for development deliverables, by providing updates on project progress to development and project management, and by escalating issues that might affect project success to management
• Maintain technical skills and expertise through continuing education and training
• Collaborate with other teams and team members, both internal and external, including 3rd party vendors, quality and performance testing, change management, business analysts, project management, technical services, and support on successful delivery of systems and system enhancements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent
• 3- 7 years of demonstrated expertise in Siebel/Siebel UCM (UCM 8.x preferred, certification preferred but not required)
• Advanced level proficiency in Siebel Configuration (Business Components, Integration Objects, Views, Applets, etc.) and eScript (Business Services)
