Role Title: Mortgage Claims Processor

Role Description:
This position is responsible for analyzing and processing claims and expense reimbursement requests related to default and foreclosure of single family mortgages.
This role is responsible for:
• Reviewing and processing mortgage insurance claims payment reimbursement expense forms
• Following up with client representatives regarding the validity of requests, required documentation, escalated claims, submission errors, and processing errors
• Support escalations and issue resolution related to the accurate processing of mortgage insurance claims and expense reimbursement requests
• Maintaining strong relationships with the client representatives

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year accounts payable and/or Mortgage experience
• High School diploma
•Mortgage Reviewer Intermediate Level
•Loan Processing Intermediate Level

Location: San Antonio, TX

Shift: Second, Tuesday — Saturday
Tuesday: 1:30pm- 9pm
Wednesday: 1:30pm- 9pm
Thursday: 1:30pm- 9pm
Friday: 7am — 5pm
Saturday: 7am -6pm

Duration: 6+months (chance to extend based on client needs)
