Role Title: Mobility Project Manager
Role Description:
- Deliverables: Create a change management strategy and plan which at a minimum includes plans for stakeholder identification and sponsorship management, communications, training, training delivery and organizational readiness assessment
- Integrate content of communication, training and change activities to ensure focus on behavioral change
Required Skills:
- At least 7 years of project management experience
- Experience in full-cycle mobility project development and deployment
- In-depth knowledge of project management disciplines
- Practical experience with requirements and test case development
- Experience with full-cycle software development as it applies to mobility
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Previous experience in developing and implementing end-user training strategies
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to influence others indirectly, i.e. without direct line supervision
- Creative and innovative when necessary
- Comfortable in a team environment, with strong group dynamics awareness and collaboration skills, combined with the ability and willingness to communicate with a wide variety of individuals and differing functional accountabilities
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Well-developed self-planning and organization skills including ability to work interdependently, prioritize activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage time and a heavy workload
- Ability to adjust to varying or unexpected changing conditions and shifting priorities with minimal direction
- Ability/desire to share best practices/key learning’s (good & bad)
- Industry experience in Oil and Gas exploration and production is preferred
- Previous experience with Windows 7 and XP projects
Preferred:
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- Experience with Blackberry, iOS, and/or Android mobility technologies
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Location: Bartlesville, OK
Duration: 7+months (chance to extend based on client needs)
