    • OAS is the GSAP connected target application for Fence Handing and Refinery Mass Balancing that will replace SHARE at 6 refineries and be deployed as a new instance at the St Rose bitumen plant
    • Four other applications will also be replaced by OAS: PROM (movement reconciliation) used by refineries and chemical plants, ALMS (jetty scheduling and demurrage data capture) used by refineries, chemical plants, and marketing terminals, TRAYS (rail car order processing and tracking) used by Port Arthur refinery, and CTS (custody transfer system & logistics functions) used by Norco refinery and chemical plant
    • Purpose: Initial GSAP testing cycles begin in mid-2013
