    Role Description:

    • The Technology Operations DBA Specialist is responsible for implementing timely, complex database technology solutions to multiple BPO customers during all phases of the capability release design, build, test and run of software
    • The Technology Operations DBA Specialist maintains the integrity of the test and production environments and ensures that those changes are managed through the lifecycle
    • The Technology Operations DBA Specialist executes database technology requests and serves as the ongoing escalation point for requests as necessary
    • The Technology Operations DBA Specialist works with Technology Operations Analysts and Specialists to resolve problems

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for database administration, including table maintenance, backup and restore, database design and data integrity
    • Implement standards and processes that facilitate stability of production environments
    • Includes daily administration of database security and data integrity, table maintenance, database design
    • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the databases and development tools used by BPO
    • Provide consultation and participation with difficult troubleshooting efforts for Architecture, Product Support and Technology Development
    • Maintain databases for software testing and production environments
